On Keeping a Public Notebook
Why this site exists, what it will and won't be, and a small promise about how often I'll update it.
This is a notebook, not a publication. There's no editorial calendar, no beat, no obligation to have a take on the news. Some entries will be long. Most won't. A few will just be a link to something I couldn't stop thinking about.
The promise is modest: nothing here is written to perform expertise I don't have. If I'm wrong about something, I'd rather find out from you than pretend otherwise.
